1. Using Confrmly

These Terms apply to hosts and guests using Confrmly, including invitations, RSVP forms, Holiday Cards and Memories on memories.confrmly.com. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Service operator details awaiting completion: [LEGAL ENTITY NAME / ADDRESS]. Product support and legal enquiries: customers@confrmly.com.

The Service is not intended for children under 16. You must also meet any higher minimum age or capacity requirements that apply where you live. These Terms do not remove rights that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude.

2. Accounts and host responsibilities

Hosts must provide accurate account information, keep sign-in credentials secure and report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account. Guests may reply or join Memories without an account where offered; access still depends on the invitation, session and any PIN or other controls.

Hosts are responsible for event information, communications, lawful collection and use of guest data, content they upload or allow in an album, and permissions from guests, photographers, parents or guardians. Do not collect unnecessary guest information. Explain who will see contributions before inviting people to share them.

3. RSVP and invitations

Confrmly helps hosts create events, share invitations, collect attendance and plus-one information, ask questions, manage guests and export guest lists. Guests are responsible for accurate responses. An RSVP is information for the host, not a guarantee of admission or an agreement with Confrmly about the event.

The host's deadline and event controls determine when responses and edits close. When the event begins, features that are locked become view-only; the invitation can remain viewable and the host can still export available guest information. Do not rely on editing after a displayed closing time. Delivery notifications do not guarantee a recipient has read an invitation.

Free RSVP and free invitation options remain available. Premium designs and styles are optional purchases for the event, invitation or card identified in the purchase. They do not automatically apply to other events or cards.

4. Memories albums, exports and TV

Memories provides an event photo album, messages and wishes, reactions, optional activities, moderation, ZIP export and TV/slideshow features where available. Guests can join with a nickname without an account and may need the host's PIN. People admitted through shared access can see content made available in that album. Keep links and PINs within the intended group.

Hosts can moderate, hide or remove contributions and decide what to display on a screen. Hosts must respect guests' permissions. Visible contributions can be seen by admitted participants, displayed at the event and included in host exports.

Standard duration: uploads close 30 days after the confirmed event end; album availability ends 3 calendar months after that end, using the confirmed timezone. Any explicit extension is shown for the album. Download available ZIP exports before expiry. This is not permanent archival storage: access can end at the cutoff and content can be removed through cleanup. We cannot recall copies or recordings made outside the Service.

A standard event credit provides up to 5 GB (5,000,000,000 bytes) or 1,000 photos, whichever limit is reached first. The purchased package or explicitly granted entitlement governs the allowance. Upload windows, moderation and safety controls can limit actions even when space remains.

5. Credits, Premium and payments

Memories credits are a separate, one-time purchase from Premium invitations. One credit activates Memories for one event. Unused Memories credits do not expire. Activation binds the credit to the selected event; it is not cash or an automatic right to move the album to another event. Confirm the event end and timezone before activation.

Premium covers the event, invitation or card shown in the purchase flow. Another project can require another purchase. Event type and editing restrictions shown when purchasing still apply. Premium does not include Memories credits unless an offer expressly says so. These one-time purchases do not create a subscription.

Prices, currency, discounts and applicable tax are shown before payment. Advertised Memories package prices are in USD and exclude applicable tax unless stated otherwise. Stripe Managed Payments handles checkout and applicable transaction tax, with Stripe/Link acting as merchant of record for those transactions. Checkout and the receipt identify the charge and applicable payment terms. Confrmly remains responsible for its product features and product support.

Payment confirmation, not returning to a success page, determines purchase availability. Processing delays can occur. Do not repeatedly pay for the same purchase if confirmation is delayed; contact support with your receipt.

6. Refunds and payment reversals

For a Memories credit or Premium refund request, contact customers@confrmly.com with the checkout email, receipt/order reference, product, reason and whether it was activated or used. Never email full card details. You can also use Link support or the order-management options provided with the Stripe/Link receipt.

Refund requests for unused purchases can be submitted for review. Requests involving activated credits or used Premium features are reviewed according to the issue, purchase terms, applicable consumer rights and Stripe/Link's Managed Payments process. A refund is not automatic and these Terms do not promise a new unconditional refund window. Mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, defect and refund rights take priority. Stripe/Link may handle or approve refunds under its own applicable terms and dispute process. See Stripe Managed Payments support and refunds.

A full refund or final reversal revokes the associated paid entitlement or credits. A partial refund or open dispute can suspend affected credits during review. A refunded or revoked Premium purchase can remove Premium design access while leaving the event and free RSVP available. Revocation does not erase financial records or copies downloaded outside the Service.

7. Promotion codes and gifts

Codes, discounts and gifted credits follow the offer shown when issued or redeemed, including eligibility, redemption limits, code expiry and whether offers combine. A code's redemption deadline differs from the no-expiry rule for unused paid credits. Discounts apply to eligible purchases and may affect tax and the checkout total.

Promotional and gifted credits are not cash and do not create a refund right for an amount you did not pay. We may refuse abusive or fraudulent redemptions and correct an erroneous grant, including revoking unused gifted units where appropriate. Purchase refunds are based on the amount paid and applicable rights, not the undiscounted list price.

8. Your content and our license

You retain ownership of photos, artwork, event text, messages and other content you upload or create. You must have the rights and permissions to share it. Uploading another person's photo does not transfer their rights to you.

You grant Confrmly a non-exclusive license to host, store, copy, resize, format, transmit and display content as reasonably needed for requested features, including album access, moderation, TV display, exports, backups and support. This does not permit us to sell your content or use it in unrelated public advertising. Operational copies may remain for the retention and deletion purposes in the Privacy Policy.

Our software, site design and supplied invitation designs remain protected by their owners' intellectual property rights. The Service gives you the use permitted by the selected product, not ownership of the software or a right to resell the library.

9. Prohibited content and abuse reports

Do not use Confrmly for unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, harassing or exploitative activity; spam; impersonation; malware; unauthorized access; or infringement of copyright, privacy or other rights. Do not upload child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, content exploiting children, or content promoting violence or hatred. Do not bypass access, quota, payment or moderation controls, expose private access links, or collect guest data for unrelated purposes without a lawful basis.

Report abuse or rights violations to customers@confrmly.com. Identify the page or event and concern without forwarding illegal material, passwords or private credentials. We may investigate, restrict access, remove content, preserve necessary evidence and cooperate with lawful requests. Hosts should use available moderation tools. Moderation is not a promise to review every contribution before display.

10. Children

Hosts must not invite children to use the Service independently contrary to the eligibility rules above. Hosts remain responsible for photos and information collected about minors and for necessary parental or guardian permission. The Privacy Policy explains personal data, cookies, Google Analytics, providers, retention and requests.

11. Availability, suspension and liability

We aim to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, message delivery or permanent storage. Features can be unavailable due to maintenance, security issues, provider outages, expiry, reversals or breach of these Terms. Keep copies of important material and export content before its deadline.

We may modify features and suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, unlawful content, abuse, non-payment or a breach. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and a way to contact support. Account deletion does not remove existing obligations or records we must retain. Service changes do not remove remedies applicable law gives for paid purchases.

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an as-available basis and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses from use or unavailability. Nothing excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. Material changes may be communicated by email or through the Service, with an effective date where appropriate. Continued use after applicable updates take effect means accepting the updated Terms, subject to mandatory law.

Contact customers@confrmly.com for product support, refunds, content reports or questions about these Terms.
