Holiday Party Planning

Holiday Party RSVP
Tracker

Give your Christmas party, Thanksgiving dinner or New Year's Eve gathering one place for replies. A free RSVP link keeps attendance, plus-ones and dietary notes together, so you can plan the celebration with a clear guest list.

Start with the free RSVP tracker or choose a holiday invitation to share. RSVP tracking is free; Premium invitation designs are optional. For a look at the dashboard before you begin, try the host demo.

  • Keep dietary requirements and guest notes alongside each response.
  • Share one RSVP link by text, email or your preferred messaging app.

  • Export your guest list as a CSV for the venue or caterer.

Set up your holiday RSVP in three steps

  1. Add your party details

Enter the date, time and location. Include useful details such as the dress code or gift exchange, and decide whether to allow plus-ones.

  2. Share your invitation

Send your RSVP link with a holiday invitation, or add its QR code to a printed card. Guests provide their name and email without creating an account.

  3. Plan from the replies

Review attendance and dietary notes in your dashboard. Export the list when you need to share confirmed numbers with whoever is preparing the meal.

Party invitation or holiday greeting?

Choose a holiday party invitation when you need guests to RSVP to a gathering. Sending a family photo or a seasonal message instead? Holiday greeting cards are for sharing your wishes by link and do not collect RSVPs. Pick the format that matches what you want recipients to do.
